Psyhealthica: Journal of Health Psychology focuses on developing health psychology that examines the interaction of psychological, behavioral, social, and technological factors in influencing human health and well-being, as well as supporting evidence-based health promotion, prevention, and intervention efforts.

Covering psychological studies related to health behavior and psychological factors that affect physical and mental health, including health behavior, lifestyle psychology, self-care, health literacy, decision making, treatment adherence, stress, coping, illness adaptation, quality of life, adjustment to chronic illness, as well as nutritional psychology and eating behavior.
Health Promotion, Prevention, and Psychological Interventions
Focusing on health promotion and disease prevention based on psychological approaches, including health behavior change programs, community-based interventions, positive psychology in health, behavioral medicine, psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based interventions.
Digital Health, Technology, and Methodological Advances
Covers technological and methodological innovations in health psychology, including artificial intelligence, digital therapy, wearable technology, big data and machine learning, digital research methods, evidence-based practice, and the development of health psychology instruments.
